Episode 52: A Year of Episodes - Recap

In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I recorded my 52nd episode, which means I’ve been doing a podcast once a week for an entire year! With this, I hope to bring in more people to interview to educate you about treatments you’ve never heard of, different aspects of women’s health, and help you be more proactive with your body and your health overall.

For this episode, though, I talked a lot about the importance of movement in general, why I decided to create a new pregnancy program, and doing preventative measures to help us manage our health in the long run.

In this episode we discuss:

  • [00:36] Introduction to the topic
  • [1:28] The importance of movement
  • [3:15] The insurance system in the country in relation to health
  • [4:19] My experience on being healthy and doing preventative measures
  • [8:01:] Women’s health and the new pregnancy program I am working on
  • [8:55] Movement keeps you healthy
  • [14:38] Conclusion

If you have any questions, you can drop it in the comment section or you can send me a message through Facebook or Instagram. I’d be happy to do another podcast about your questions. Also, if you want me to talk about something specific, let me know!

You can also check my TikTok account as I use the platform to educate viewers about movement, chiropractic education, yoga, pregnancy, and more!

Thank you for listening and see you next week!
