Low Back Love
This course goes over the anatomy of the lower back and little on the biomechanics of the core and how it influences your low back function. You will learn 10 ways to release the areas that affect your lower back, 20 mobility drills to enhance the suppleness of your lower back, 10 stability drills to provide structure and safety for your core to properly protect your lower back. If you are a teacher (pilates, yoga, personal trainer, etc.) you can incorporate these elements into your classes and trainings depending on your clientele. DISCLAIMER This course is not meant to diagnose any medical issues. If you feel like you have an issue that need addressed, you need to consult your chiropractor, physical therapist, or primary care physician. Another important thing to keep in mind is that this is not a no pain no gain scenario. If any of these exercises, elicit pain, you should stop immediately. You want to work within your pain free range of motion. The brain senses pain as a threat and may start to tighten up structures around it. Please keep in mind there is always a risk of irritating tissues with any new exercise.
