Episode 11: Introduction to Breathing

In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab I wanted to talk about introduction to breathing. It’s something that I do with my clients so I figured I should share it with you, too. I started doing it after I was exposed to Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). Breathing introduction is one of the earlier things that we do with our patients when practicing DNS or when they have other issues around their body.

This podcast will talk more about how breathing affects many systems in our body and why proper breathing is important.
